Ordering and Dispatch - We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, all orders are dispatched the same day, if placed by 1pm. All orders* are shipped on a Standard Next Working Day service, however this is not always guaranteed. During times of high demand or cases in which there are elements out of our control (seasonal, strikes etc), it may take 3-4 working days to receive your order. *Non Mainland Postcodes, Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands etc are unable to be placed on a next day service, see tables below for more information.

Product Stock - All products listed are held in stock and are available for dispatch, unless the item states ‘Out of Stock'. There may be discrepencies from time to time, in which case we will offer a refund or an alternative.

Order Tracking - You will be able to track your order progress through our carriers web sites, DPD Local, UPS and Royal Mail.

Delivery Times - Deliveries will be made between 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, all Saturday deliveries are an additional charge.

Delivery Charges

UK Mainland - Our standard delivery service is Next Working Day, but this is not guaranteed, during times of high demand or where there are elements out of our control, it may take 1-4 working days to receive your order. Delivery is FREE for orders over £50 Ex.VAT for standard Next Working Day delivery to UK Mainland addresses. For orders under £50 Ex.VAT there is a charge of £5.95 Ex.VAT for standard next working day delivery. There is no minimum order size required.

Northern Ireland and UK Offshore Island Locations - All deliveries to all offshore locations are priced depending on the weight of the goods ordered, this will be calculated as you are checking out. For detailed weight based costs please refer to the table below.
